Larkhall Garden Trail
Monday 2 May 10.30am - 5pm

Visit eight varied and delightful local gardens.

A. No 10 Larkhall Place - This is a carefully developed garden with fruit-tree cordons and vegetable plots.

B. Budbrook Bungalow
Features include a drinking trough overlooking a family of gnomes! Cherries and laburnums should be in blossom.

C. The Ferns, Deadmill Lane
Several garden rooms including tulips, aquilegia, apple blossom. Garden closes 1-2pm.

D. Larkhall Allotments
More than 100 plot-holders grow fruit, veg and flowers among cute sheds and outhouses.

E. 4 Hawarden Terrace
This small garden is full of strange sculptures and is dominated by an amazing water feature. Children’s workshops to support Breast Cancer Care (£2.50 per child).

F. 26 Lambridge Place
Selection of exotic trees including papaya, fig, plumbago, hibiscus as well as more familiar magnolia, cherry & walnut.
Enter via Beaufort Place.

G. Lambridge House, London Road
This large, varied garden is reputed to have one of the largest tulip trees in Britain.

H. Community Garden, Alice Park
Newly created organic garden by eco-campaigners Transition Larkhall.
